Use of the platform

You may use the platform to manage your business communications, automations, and customer data, subject to applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for how your AI agents are configured.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI-generated content

Content and actions produced by AI agents and the AI Assistant are generated automatically based on your configuration and data. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated communications sent to your customers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

ClinicDigital provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
